Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /backup/qa/www/sub/rss/product.php on line 32

I am working on an R&D that i have proposed to my government is to capture fingerprint send Over the air via GSM network (SMS/EMS or MMS) between GSM modem query database and return detail of the matching individual. in a first stage the National Identification number, Name and other name , address phone number etc,.. and in a second stage by MMS the PHOTO. GSM support sending SMS short message (160 Characters) EMS Logo, picture. May be there could be another protocol that uses the same technology to send encrypted fingerprint data, so a central database per country could be setup in each country. This could supersede all travel document where international GSM roaming is available.
